How to Purchase
Jewelry purchased directly through our site can currently only be delivered to the USA and Puerto Rico. For international orders, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 800-463-7537.
Tate accepts all major credit cards. For security, your billing address must match the address on file at your credit card company.
We will charge applicable state, local and county taxes on all online orders based on shipping address. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
Shipping & Delivery
For security reasons, Tate online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not allow for a signature release. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All purchases are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Tate cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping your order.
At the moment, we only provide shipment within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. For international orders please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800-463-7537.
Returns & Exchanges
For online purchases, Tate will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice within 14 days from receipt. *A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
Should you decide to return a purchase please notify Tate directly. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number from us, and have that number clearly marked on the package in order for us to accept it.
Please note that returns and exchanges must be made directly through Tate. Any other associate department stores or online boutiques that carry Tate will not accept items purchased from Tate’s online store and vice versa.
Please note that original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.
Tate recommends that you return merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Tate will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Refund for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. Tate reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Tate's sole discretion.
Errors & Inaccuracies
Tate's goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Tate reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
TATE uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our gross negligence. TATE will never sell email addresses or physical addresses to third parties.
